At M. Rashed Group we're a full-service renovation company in Valencia. We handle the whole job with our own team, so instead of chasing one builder here, a plumber there and an electrician on his own, you always deal with the same people. We coordinate everything and stay accountable from day one until we hand you the keys.
We renovate flats and whole homes, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as commercial units and offices. We're especially good with the old flats in the centre and the neighbourhoods of Valencia, where the old wiring and plumbing usually need replacing, the layout can be put to better use and there's light to be gained. We take care of what you don't see, like the plumbing and electrics, just as much as the finishes you live with every day.
Before we start we give you a fixed quote in writing, with the price and what it covers. If something unexpected turns up later, the kind you only find once a wall is opened, we stop and talk to you before touching anything. That way you always know what's being done and what it costs, with no figures that shoot up at the end of the job.
We work with clients from here and from abroad, which is why we speak Spanish, English, Arabic and Hebrew. It depends on how big the job is. We tell you which permits you need from the council and your building's community, and we help with the paperwork so you can start with peace of mind.
Is the work done by one team or do you subcontract?+
We do it with our own team. Building work, plumbing, electrics, tiling, carpentry and painting are all ours, so you always deal with the same people and there's no one uncoordinated in your home.
How do you set the quote and what happens if something unexpected comes up?+
We come to see the property, measure it and give you a fixed price in writing with the cost and what it includes. If opening a wall reveals something that wasn't visible, we stop and tell you before touching anything, with its cost set out separately and your go-ahead. We never add things behind your back.
